This is an exciting sales opportunity to join our dynamic sales team at KGB Security (Brisbane) as a customer Sales Representative. This full-time role, based at our Coopers Plains office in Brisbane, is pivotal to our operations, delivering exceptional customer service, driving departmental sales, and supporting logistics.

About the role:

  • Full-time position available for immediate start
  • Ideal for someone with 1-2 years of previous administration, coordination, scheduling or logistics experience (preferably within a similar industry – but not required)
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the construction or industrial supplies/installation/servicing sectors would be highly regarded
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and consultative manner
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • A "can-do" attitude with a positive & professional approach
  • Involves working both in a collaborative/team environment and working autonomously
  • Any trade-based scheduling software (e.g. Simpro) would be highly regarded but not required.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing the first point of contact for customers – via email and phone
  • Managing the schedule, booking jobs and coordinating priority tasks
  • Responding to emails and inquiries effectively and promptly
  • Handling a range of day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Supporting the implementation of new administrative processes and procedures
  • Providing high-level administrative support to the senior management team
