Blue Commercial isn't your average agency. We're an independent commercial real estate team who believe in working smart, collaborating well, and celebrating the wins along the way.

We're looking for an Agency Team Assistant to provide vital support to our Industrial & Logistics team of eight agents. This is a role for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys being the go-to person, and is looking for a long-term career within the property industry.

A Day In The Role Might Include...

  • Coordinating campaign logistics: signage, photography, internet listings, and timelines
  • Preparing reports, proposals, and property marketing materials
  • Keeping property listings and databases up to date
  • Managing invoices, quotes, and compliance documents, including Form 6 renewals
  • Liaising with agents, suppliers, and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Jumping in to provide ad-hoc admin support across the agency

What We'd Love You To Bring

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities
  • Clear and confident communication - both written and verbal
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office (bonus if you know Canva, InDesign, or similar)
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach; you notice what needs doing and get it sorted
  • Previous experience in administration or team assistant roles. Property, real estate, or professional services experience is a plus
