The Role

An exciting opportunity now exists for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to help promote the brand of ChilliDB and increase our client base.

The role will involve supporting areas of Sales and Product Marketing including:

  • Product demonstrations and quotations
  • Responding to customer product enquires
  • Helping to maintain product marketing collateral and newsletters
  • Assisting with Marketing campaigns
  • Running digital marketing initiatives such as social media
  • Assistance with event conference activities

About you

Do you have the following qualities?

  • Great communicator, written and verbally
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media.
  • Strong skills in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and WordPress.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Microsoft Office.
  • Capable of building customer relationships
  • Good organisational skills
  • Team player
  • Enthusiasm and motivation to achieve set goals

You will need some prior experience in either a sales support or marketing role. If you have worked with NFP/community organisations or are familiar with CRM software we especially want to hear from you.
