Growth Marketing Lead
to shape and scale our marketing function in Australia, and in time, across global markets. This is a unique opportunity for fast-tracked career progression that's hard to come by in larger agency environments.
The Role
The Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for driving Envision's commercial growth by defining our marketing strategy, strengthening our brand positioning, and building a scalable marketing engine that fuels long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
This is a hands-on, strategic role combining marketing leadership, sales enablement, business development, and brand strategy, all to drive sustainable, scalable growth for Envision Agency.
- Client Growth & Optimisation:
Drive Envision's growth by leading end-to-end business development and marketing initiatives, from pipeline generation and market expansion to strategic planning, pitching, and partnership conversion. All while building scalable systems, teams, and processes that deliver operational excellence and sustained commercial success.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and lead trusted client partnerships by overseeing strategy, performance, and retention across all marketing streams, from onboarding and campaign delivery to proactive relationship management, insights, and continuous improvement initiatives that drive long-term growth.
- Campaign Oversight & Performance
: Oversee the pricing, packaging, and ongoing development of digital services, including paid media, content production, social strategy, and community management, ensuring offerings remain competitive and deliver measurable results.

versee and elevate Envision's brand presence across digital, social, and PR channels by driving thought leadership, visibility, and engagement initiatives that position the agency as an industry leader and ensure cohesive, high-quality brand representation.
The ideal candidate
You'll thrive in this role if you have 5+ years of agency experience with exceptional skills in influencer and digital marketing, ready to take the next step in your career. You have a strategic approach, excel at managing campaigns, budgets, and pipelines, and have the commercial acumen to drive results.
You're skilled at building relationships with senior stakeholders, growing business, staying ahead of industry trends and platform best practices. Highly organised, creative, and collaborative, you bring excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills to everything you do.
