The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Media Specialist to join our Marketing Team.
This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across both online and offline channels to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Media Planning & Execution
Lead the development and execution of integrated digital media plans for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and new store openings. Collaborate with media partners and internal teams to enhance UNIQLO Australia's media strategy, streamline processes, and ensure strategic alignment.
- Digital Media Management
Manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, YouTube, TikTok, and display networks. Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools and performance metrics (e.g., CTR, ROAS, CPM).
- Offline Media Coordination
Plan and execute offline media activities including OOH (out-of-home), print, radio, and in-store promotions. Work with digital media vendors and creative teams to produce high-quality offline assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
Analyze media campaign results and provide actionable insights to improve future performance. Provide weekly reporting on campaign media performance and IP insights, integrated into regular internal reviews and stakeholder presentations, with actionable recommendations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with cross-functional teams including Campaign Marketing, PR, Retail Marketing, and Sustainability to align media strategies with business goals and support local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
Experience, Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in media planning, management, and execution (preferably in retail or fashion).
- Strong understanding of both digital and traditional media channels.
- Proficiency in media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience in working with digital media agencies on a daily basis.
- Experience working with global brands or in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Passion for fashion, retail, and consumer trends.
- Familiarity with UNIQLO's brand values and customer base.
