My client is seeking a passionate and strategic Digital Content Specialist to lead the social presence of a major Australian brand across META (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. This role sits within a fast-paced Online & Marketing team and will be the key driver of social content, paid campaigns, and digital engagement across global markets.

You'll work closely with Marketing, Online, and Product teams to deliver content that supports both eCommerce and retail campaigns. If you're someone who lives and breathes social media—always ahead of the curve and bursting with creative ideas—this is the opportunity to make your mark.

What You'll Do

Content & Community

  • Manage and execute the social media content calendar across all markets
  • Create, source, and repurpose content to drive engagement
  • Post and moderate across platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice
  • Respond to comments and messages, fostering a vibrant online community

Paid Campaigns

  • Plan and run targeted paid campaigns to boost awareness and conversions
  • Optimise ads for performance and ROI
  • Manage budgets and report on campaign effectiveness

Strategy & Innovation

  • Stay on top of platform updates and audience trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine strategy
  • Bring bold, creative ideas to help the brand stand out

Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights
  • Conduct competitor analysis to inform content direction
  • Use analytics to continuously improve campaign results

What We're Looking For

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related discipline
  • Experience in retail—fashion preferred, but not essential
  • Strong proficiency in META Business Manager and social platform analytics
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Video editing experience (e.g., Premiere Pro) is a plus
  • Highly proactive with strong initiative and multitasking abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and grow
  • Able to work independently and take a hands-on approach
