We're looking for an experienced account manager/project coordinator with experience in the digital marketing world to onboard & manage new clients that join Digital Movement.

You will onboard new clients and manage the project/account on and ongoing basis. We're all about building long term relationships with our clients so you must have proven experience working in an Digital Marketing account management role in the past. Projects you will manage will be around website design & development, Google Ads, SEO as well as Social media ads. In these onboarding stages, you will be the first point of contact for our clients answering any questions they may have while you progress through the stages on the project. You will be working with our great team internally who will work closely with you throughout each project.

This exciting full-time role includes a company laptop, mobile phone and everything else needed to work from home comfortably. It also includes for the right candidate a generous base salary depending on experience with the potential to earn commission as the role progresses.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Must have previous experience in the Digital Marketing world, SEO, Website development, Google Ads, Social Media Ads experience is preferred
• Previous experience in account management &/or Project Management
• Experience with Google Analytics with an understanding to discover and explain campaign progress and numbers clearly
• Someone who can develop strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering agreed outcomes as per our timelines
• Very strong communication skills
• Strong attention to details
• Someone that takes initiative and gets a kick out of keeping clients happy
• Ability to work well under pressure and promptly manage multiple projects at once
• A proven background in working with B2B clients over Zoom/teams, emails, phone etc
• Someone that can work comfortably from home on a full-time basis
