Our mission is to help you find a positive state of mind through movement and connection. With 15 studios across Victoria, QLD and NSW offering Boxing, Hot Pilates, Yoga, and Reformer Pilates.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Social Media and Brand Collaboration Specialist, located in Victoria. You will be responsible for strategising, developing and executing Upstate's social media strategy, ambassador and brand collaborations, and campaign management, as well as working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, PR Consultant and Content Creation team.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
  • Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills with a portfolio demonstrating engaging social media content
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Experience in managing brand collaborations, partnerships, or ambassador programs is a plus
  • Creative thinking with a passion for brand storytelling and community engagement
