Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Contract Administrator located in Sydney, NSW. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for overseeing contract negotiations, managing contracts, and procurement processes. Daily tasks include analyzing contract terms, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with project teams, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and the ability to assess contract terms
  • Effective Communication skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders
  • Experience in Procurement processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in the construction industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Sydney commercial construction and fitout experience essential
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
