We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a leading high-end residential development team in the Sutherland Shire. This role offers the opportunity to work on boutique apartments, senior living, and commercial developments while contributing to high-quality, prestigious projects.
About the Role
As a Contract Administrator, you will manage the administrative and contractual aspects of high-end residential construction projects. You will oversee procurement, progress claims, variations, and cash flow, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement process, including subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules
- Administer progress claims and variations
- Develop, maintain, and manage accurate cash flow and all project costs
- Handle RFIs to architects, consultants, and clients
- Manage subcontractor packages and payments
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary education in a relevant field
- 3-5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator
- Experience in luxury or high-end residential construction preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Extensive knowledge of contractual agreements and law
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
