What you'll need:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator within the remedial sector
  • A tertiary qualification in Construction Management or related field
  • Strong understanding of remedial building processes, contracts, and compliance
  • Proven ability to manage contracts, variations, and claims accurately
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • MUST HAVE REMEDIAL EXPERIENCE. MUST BE IN AUSTRALIA
