4TP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to take charge of contracts, commercial management, and project financials for a Passive Fire and construction business expanding into Sydney.

This is an exciting chance to join from the ground up and play a key leadership role in shaping the commercial success of the Sydney operation.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Administer head contracts and subcontracts, including procurement and negotiations
  • Manage progress claims, variations, budgets, and financial reporting
  • Provide commercial advice and support to Project Managers and Directors
  • Build and maintain strong client, subcontractor, and supplier relationships
  • Oversee contract compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution
  • Mentor and guide junior Contracts Administrators and commercial staff

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator in commercial construction
  • Experience in passive fire protection or subcontracting (advantageous)
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar preferred
  • Commercially savvy with a proactive, detail-focused approach
