The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Administrator with 3–5 years of local experience in commercial construction and base building refurbishment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Project Manager and site teams, contributing to the successful delivery of diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and administer contracts, variations, and progress claims
- Manage subcontractor agreements, procurement, and payments
- Monitor project budgets, cost tracking, and reporting
- Support the Project Manager with project documentation and compliance
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and WHS requirements
About You
- 3–5 years of proven local experience as a Contract Administrator on commercial projects
- Strong understanding of contract law, construction processes, and industry standards
- Excellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
