Main Duties:

  • Maintain relationships and communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and/or administer contractual documents; Project documents, Inspection Test Plans, review project drawings
  • Manage administration tasks, raising purchase orders, document control, and support systems and reporting processes
  • Project forecasting and job costing, attendance in project meetings
  • Overseeing timesheet process
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of claims, variations and notices of delay
  • Subcontractor liaison assisting with subcontractor invoices and payments in accordance with contractual terms, resolving subcontractor queries
  • Report on active projects
  • Occasional site attendance to collect paperwork, issue PPE, participate in safety walks and inspections etc
  • Work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
  • General office duties; document control, printing, filing, attending internal meetings.

To be considered for the role you must have:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar, Administration role
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience working in the Construction Industry
  • Competent with Microsoft 365 systems, predominantly, Excel, Word, Sharepoint and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Recent experience in the delivery of Construction projects
  • Current working rights
