We are now seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to join our team in Cockburn. This is a key support role, where you'll be assisting our Project and Construction Managers with a range of administrative and project coordination tasks to ensure smooth project delivery.
Your Role Will Include- Preparing and formatting client contracts and project documentation
- Raising purchase orders and maintaining procurement records
- Assisting with progress claims, variations, and invoicing
- Submitting permits to councils and managing authority approvals
- Supporting subcontractor management and tracking deliverables
- Maintaining project records and close-out documentation (MDRs)
- Coordinating internal and external communication across projects
- Monitoring outstanding payments and client follow-ups
- General office and project admin tasks as required
- Previous experience in a similar Project Administrator or Project Support role
- Familiarity with civil construction, utilities, or infrastructure projects
- Confident working with contracts, scopes, and construction drawings
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general admin systems
- Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
