The Opportunity:

We're seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our Project Management team. This role combines project coordination, document control, and technical administration to ensure projects run smoothly from planning through to delivery.

You'll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams, providing accurate documentation, reporting, and cross-departmental support to help achieve high-quality project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and control project documentation, registers, RFIs, and drawings.
  • Support compliance with project milestones and client reporting.
  • Coordinate with engineers, drafting, and procurement teams to align with timelines.
  • Track variations, purchase orders, and cost-control documentation.
  • Manage safety and compliance records including SWMS, inductions, and permit

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in project administration or coordination (engineering/electrical environment preferred).
  • Strong understanding of document control and project administration practices.
  • Foundational knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and terminology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable: Exposure to project management platforms (Aconex, Procore, MS Project) and experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
