Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Administrator located in Perth, WA. The Project Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and managing project activities, liaising with clients and contractors, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, maintaining project documentation, and providing support to the project team. Other responsibilities include assisting with contract administration, handling procurement processes, performing quality control checks, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Project management and coordination skills
  • Experience with contract administration and procurement processes
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of building and construction industry practices is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
