About the Position
As the Executive Manager, People and Organisational Development, you'll play a critical role on the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll drive the people and culture strategy that supports growth, inspires teams, and strengthens Feros Care's reputation as an Employer of Choice.
Your leadership will shape the future of the workforce through innovation, inclusion and engagement. You'll oversee and empower functions including Workforce Strategy, Organisational Development, HR Business Partnering, Industrial Relations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Work Health & Safety.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and deliver a progressive workforce strategy aligned with business goals
- Build and champion Feros Care's Employee Value Proposition and employer brand
- Lead high-performing teams across HR, IR, and talent functions
- Drive culture, capability, and engagement initiatives across the organisation
- Oversee compliant, efficient and people-centred payroll and WHS systems
- Provide strategic workforce insights to the CEO and Board

About the Person
You're an inspirational and strategic HR leader who thrives on building strong, connected, high-performing workplaces. With extensive senior-level HR experience in large, complex environments, you're confident navigating change and influencing outcomes at the executive level.
To be successful, you will have:
- Significant experience in HR leadership within large or complex organisations
- Expertise in workforce planning, organisational development, and culture transformation
- Strong knowledge of IR/ER, WHS, and compliance frameworks (Aged Care or NDIA sector experience highly regarded)
- Proven ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams
- A tertiary qualification in HR, Organisational Development, or related discipline
- Desirable: AHRI membership, and/or qualifications in Change or Project Management
