The **Feros Care** People & Culture Team have recently entered a period of transformational change, and as such, we are excited to be recruiting for the newly created position of **General Manager, People and Culture.** This strategic role will design and lead the vision of our Employee Experience strategy to be a Great Place to Work, delivering a fabulous customer experience for the community we serve.

Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer, this role will lead a high performing Human Resources team, encompassing Talent & Attraction, Remuneration, Organisational Capability & Culture, and Employee Relations - to ensure a comprehensive, robust and streamlined approach across the employee and customer experience.

This is a full time, permanent position based at our head office in Coolangatta, QLD.

**The Role**:

- Lead, develop and implement our aged and disability workforce vision, strategy and framework to meet our mission critical business objectives - in line with current and future workforce trends
- Guide the development and implementation our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to support the workforce strategy objectives - ensuring it is innovative and fit for purpose
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to build an organisational wide retention strategy and framework to support retention and attraction targets
- Provide leadership and management to our Organisational Capability, Business Partnering & Industrial Relations teams, ensuring effective, business-focused HR services to build capability and self-sufficiency within our people-leaders
- Provide leadership and management to our newly joining Remuneration team to build awareness of the remuneration partners and benefits as part of our EVP
- Manage the implementation of the Technology One ERP system to ensure optimisation of the system, workflows and policies and processes.

**About You**:

- Previous experience working in an ever changing, fast paced environment, whilst maintaining resilience in managing workload whilst facing conflicting priorities
- Previous experience working within a highly regulated industry (Aged Care, NDIA, or similar)
- Previous experience within a similar role, managing and leading a large Human Resources function
- A broad understanding and practical experience in generalist human resources functions, including IR/ER, WHS, Payroll, Org Design, Learning & Development and Recruitment
- COVID-19 Vaccination & Booster (+Flu Vaccination in accordance with DOH direction)
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or related discipline
- Current Australian Driver License with the ability to travel across sites as required
