Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our vehicles and offerings across dealerships.
  • Understand guest needs, buying preferences, and assist them throughout the purchase journey.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to exceed guest expectations.
  • Identify and generate new business through proactive outreach, including cold calling and lead follow-ups.
  • Assist with vehicle valuations when needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Sales Experience (automotive preferred but not essential) – A driven attitude is key.
  • Customer-Centric Approach – You genuinely enjoy helping people.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Friendly, persuasive, and professional.
  • Well-Presented – You're the face of Clintons Toyota and take pride in your appearance.
  • Valid NSW Driver's Licence – Required.
  • Weekend Availability – essential in this role, with the ability to work an 11-Day fortnight.
