We're now expanding our team at Chery Alto Pennant Hills and seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Chery division. The Chery brand is redefining the automotive landscape in Australia, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about growth, customer experience, and innovation.

The Role

As our Sales Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team, drive strategic growth, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the quality and innovation of the Chery brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the new car sales team to exceed performance targets
  • Previous experience managing automotive sales teams is required for this position
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing and fleet departments to drive campaigns
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reporting
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends

About You

  • Proven experience in automotive sales management
  • Candidates must have 2-3 years of automotive sales management experience
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Passionate about customer service and team success
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Familiarity with emerging automotive brands is a plus
