Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand service needs and convert inquiries into sales
  • Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring timely follow-up on quotes and proposals
  • Oversee post-installation customer satisfaction and relationship development
  • Prepare and complete accurate quotations, service contracts, and reports
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and other ad hoc duties as needed

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or business development role
  • Strong verbal communication and a confident, professional phone manner
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer-first mindset
