Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service/ Reconditioning Manger who is flexible in operating a high-volume independent workshop.

Our expanding workshop has a vacancy for a Service/ Reconditioning Manager to take charge of the workflow and productivity of this busy department. This is a pivotal role within the business, with a key focus on efficiency, productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.

This role is suited to a experience service / reconditioning manager who is seeking to lead and grow our current team, has an understanding of productivity and efficiency in a workshop.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Directing work to technicians
  • Assisting with Diagnosis.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard within allocated timelines and meet customer expectations
  • Help identify additional work and liaise with our customers and internal sales department
  • Be willing to help complete mechanical work to reach KPI's

About you:

  • Have excellent organizational skills
  • Have an understanding of workshop operations including productivity and efficiency
  • Have a trade certificate
  • A current Australian driver's license
  • Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
