Position Overview:
As a
Sales Executive & Broker Support
, you will engage with customers via phone and online channels, guiding them through the entire car-buying & Finance process. You'll leverage our cutting-edge digital tools to offer a smooth, hassle-free experience from inquiry to purchase. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to excel in sales and grow within a forward-thinking company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential customers through phone and online channels, providing expert guidance on vehicle options, financing, and trade-ins.
- Utilize CRM systems and online platforms to manage leads, schedule virtual consultations, and track sales progress.
- Coordinate the full finance process, including application, progress tracking, and settlement.
- Provide detailed knowledge of our promotions, and digital buying process.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve the overall customer journey.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digital sales technology.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with dealerships nationwide.
Requirements:
- Experience in phone sales, or digital sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to close deals over the phone and online.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organised, proactive, and capable of handling multiple applications at once
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote sales environment.
- Passion about sales and a commitment to delivering a top-tier customer experience.
