Position Overview:

Sales Consultant
, you will engage with customers via phone and online channels, guiding them through the entire car-buying process. You'll leverage our cutting-edge digital tools to offer a smooth, hassle-free experience from inquiry to purchase. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to excel in sales and grow within a forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with potential customers through phone and online channels, providing expert guidance on vehicle options, financing, and trade-ins.
  • Utilize CRM systems and online platforms to manage leads, schedule virtual consultations, and track sales progress.
  • Provide detailed knowledge of our promotions, and digital buying process.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve the overall customer journey.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digital sales technology.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with dealerships nationwide.

Requirements:

  • Experience in phone sales, or digital sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to close deals over the phone and online.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote sales environment.
