A high-growth global tech company at the forefront of the energy transition is on the lookout for a dynamic Account Manager to join its team

If you're passionate about SaaS, thrive in start-up environments, are driven by customer success and want to make a real impact in the energy space, this is your chance to be part of something transformative.

In this role, you'll be the key link between energy clients and innovative software that helps benchmark electrification assets and unlock returns across large-scale renewables and data centres.

Role:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients across the energy market.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, driving engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Help clients use the platform to model long-term market scenarios and interpret complex outputs.
  • Collaborate with global product and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Share client feedback and market insights to help shape product development and strategy.

Experience:

  • Solid experience in account management, customer success, or sales - ideally within SaaS, energy, or tech.
  • Proven success in onboarding clients, growing accounts, driving renewals & retention and engaging stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working to KPIs and contributing to revenue-generating activities.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas for diverse audiences.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM and customer success tools to track performance and client health.
