Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager – AI SaaS, based in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, focusing on AI-powered SaaS solutions for e-commerce. They will collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and manage development. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing user needs, and continuously iterating to deliver innovative and impactful product improvements. Leadership in building roadmaps and ensuring cross-functional alignment will be a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Product Management skills, including product lifecycle management, creating roadmaps, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Strategic Planning and Market Research expertise to identify user needs and translate them into actionable priorities
  • Experience in AI and SaaS platforms, with a strong understanding of technology-driven solutions
  • Leadership and Communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and foster alignment
  • Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving capabilities to interpret data and drive decision-making
  • Experience in e-commerce or a related field is highly desirable
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • An innovative mindset, with a passion for driving transformative solutions in dynamic markets
