Account Manager – Fintech SaaS (hybrid, based in Sydney)
We're working with a
global Fintech SaaS organisation
to hire an experienced
Account Manager/Customer Success Manager
in Sydney. You'll join a collaborative Customer Success team focused on retaining and growing enterprise clients across Australia and Singapore.
This is a
high-impact role
where you'll own commercial relationships, renewals, and growth strategies across a smaller portfolio of key enterprise accounts.
The Role
- Manage a
portfolio of 12 enterprise accounts
(£5.2m ARR / AOV £400k+). - Drive
retention, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
. - Build and execute
deep account plans
to maximise account value. - Confidently lead senior client conversations and commercial negotiations.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver best-in-class client experience.
- Travel occasionally to Singapore (2 clients in patch).

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience
in Customer Success / Account Management. - Proven track record managing
enterprise accounts
(spend £400k+ ARR). - Strong background in
SaaS - Experience managing a
smaller portfolio
with deep engagement. - Commercially minded, confident in upselling and holding senior-level meetings.
- Flexible and adaptable – able to work across global client schedules.

Confident, curious, proactive, stable track record

Location & Working Model
- Sydney-based
(office located centrally). - 2–3 days in office per week
(flexible hybrid model).
