About the role

Regenerate Talent is proud to be partnering with a fast-growing Australian solar & battery company that's leading the charge in clean energy innovation.

We're seeking experienced SAA-accredited electricians or a qualified electricians looking to move into the renewable space.

This is a long-term opportunity to start on the tools installing batteries, working with premium hybrid and battery systems, and transition into a leadership or operations management role as the company continues to expand. No roof PV installation is required.

The Role

  • Install, commission, and service battery and hybrid inverter systems across residential & commercial projects
  • Ensure system compliance and performance while mentoring junior team members
  • Step into leadership or operations roles as the company grow

What We're Looking For

  • SAA or CEC Accredited Electrician (or willingness to obtain SAA accreditation - training provided)
  • Proven experience with hybrid inverter & battery storage systems (preferred)
  • Leadership mindset with strong communication and mentoring skills
  • Valid electrical licence in WA, NSW, or VIC + driver's licence
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Willingness to travel locally within your state
