About The Role

Are you ready to elevate your sales career with a global, trusted brand?

We are looking for a results driven Business Development Manager to join our close-knit national Sales team. In this pivotal role, you will drive revenue and margin growth by identifying and converting opportunities within new and existing customer accounts, primarily within the Large Format Graphics (LFG) market.

You will represent a globally recognised brand and promote a market leading portfolio of wide format printing solutions from Canon Production Printing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue and gross profit targets within allocated territories and market segments.
  • Drive sales of Canon Production Printing wide format solutions, with a strong focus on the LFG segment
  • Identify, develop and manage business development opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with customers to develop and execute tailored business plans
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting, forecasts and account management documentation
  • Balance responsibilities across new business development and account management to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our LFG product range and solutions to effectively support customer needs and close sales

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' proven success in Business Development or B2B Sales role
  • Experience in capital equipment or hardware sales is essential
  • Strong communication, influence and negotiating skills
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-orientated, and target-driven
  • CRM experience - ideally Salesforce
  • Customer first mindset with strong relationship building abilities
  • Excellent presentation and commercial acumen
  • Australian driver's licence.
  • Experience in the printing industry or with wide format printing solutions is highly desirable
