Administration Customer Support

We offer an opportunity for the right person to join our administration team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our business.

We are seeking an administrative assistant which requires the successful applicant to be willing to work within the demands of a small dynamic business environment. The right person thrives under pressure with the ability to adapt and prioritise tasks without compromising attention to detail.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role you will require;

  • A strong work ethic with high level attention to detail
  • Previous administration experience and the genuine desire to learn quickly
  • Problem identification and resolution abilities.
  • Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, and with internal and external staff and customers.
  • The capability to work autonomously, take direction and work as part of a team
  • The ability to provide basic support to incoming customer queries.

Key role responsibilities

You will be an integral part of our small and busy team by (but not limited to);

  • Responding phone/email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Effectively and accurately maintaining/updating record systems with sufficient detailed in a timely manner
  • Providing valued administrative support.
  • Processing of orders and freighting.
  • Data entry.
  • Managing workflow and meeting daily deadlines
