Food Technologist

About the Role: Join our dynamic product team as a Food Technologist providing critical technical support across product development, compliance, and data management. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate product specifications, managing customer portal submissions, and supporting new product development from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain product specifications across major retailer systems (Woolworths, Coles, ALDI, Costco)
• Develop Product Information Forms (PIFs) and manage compliance documentation
• Coordinate ingredient changeovers and track documentation impacts
• Support plant trials, validations, and data collection
• Manage customer submissions including Health Star Ratings and nutritional panels
• Maintain product data systems and identify process improvements

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years in food manufacturing, technical support, or quality administration
• Experience with customer specification systems (Sphere, Fusion, Partner Hub preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and Excel proficiency
• Understanding of Australian food regulations advantageous
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
