Operations Manager

About the Role

Our client's company is expanding, and we're seeking an Operations Manager with solid scaffolding industry experience to ensure projects run efficiently, safely, and on schedule. Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll oversee a team of 15–20 and ensure every project is delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 15–20 to maintain productivity and efficiency
  • Coordinate daily operations, staff, schedules, and materials
  • Start onsite each morning and finish in the office
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
  • Manage priorities and deadlines across multiple projects
  • Complete reporting, scheduling, and administrative tasks
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Solve on-site issues to keep projects moving smoothly

Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of all aspects of scaffolding operations
  • Ability to draw, read, and interpret scaffold plans
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Clear and confident communicator
  • Proficient with technology and reporting systems
  • Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
