We offer a 4 day working week as well as tips. Weekly hours are set at 38-42

We are looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join our brigade.

About You:

  • Have experience in a similar role being applied for
  • Experience working in a similar style venue
  • Comfortable and experienced in the grill and pan sections
  • A passion for producing excellent food
  • Have a good understating of food safety principles
  • Have a desire to progress within your trade
  • Be a good communicator
  • A Team Player
  • Hands on approach with a natural ability to foster beneficial relationships
  • CDP applicants – minimum 2 year's experience
  • Commis Chef applicants – minimum 1 year experience
