Part time 30-35 hours per week and Full time positions available

The Role

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join us at our Sydney CBD location.

MONDAY - WEDNESDAY 6am - 3pm

THURSDAY - FRIDAY 6am - 8pm

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following criteria:

  • 2+ years of Demi or Chef de Partie experience
  • Experience in cafe/restaurants as well as catering for functions
  • Organised, well presented, professional, with a good eye for detail who strives for excellence and keeps calm under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A creative, positive, can-do attitude.
  • Be reliable and punctual with multi-tasking ability
  • Ability to assist with menu development
  • The availability to work day and evening shifts (no splits or doubles)
  • Can work closely with other team members and departments
