About the Role.
As Chef de Partie you will be working within an established team 20 Chefs) managing your allocated section, ensuring high standards are maintained. This role will report into the Executive Chef and Executive Sous working across the outlets within the venue. This includes an elevated dining restaurant, private events and a casual dining outlet.

Skills & ExperienceWe are looking for a passionate chef who is committed and takes great pride in the delivery of cuisine as well as being an excellent team player. From time to time this role may be client facing so excellent communication skills are essential. Your cooking background may include hotels, restaurant or a busy bistro environment.
