About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Internal Sales / Store person to join our Brendale team. This is a varied role combining customer service, phone-based sales support, and store operations. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will provide professional service at the counter, handle phone and email enquiries, and support the smooth running of the store. You'll also assist with warehouse tasks including picking, packing, and dispatching orders.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver friendly and professional service to walk-in and trade customers.

· Manage phone and email enquiries, prepare quotes, and process orders.

· Support outbound sales calls and follow-ups with existing customers.

· Assist with picking, packing, and dispatching orders.

· Maintain stock accuracy, storage standards, and assist with inventory checks.

· Ensure the front counter and store area remain tidy, safe, and welcoming.

Skills & Experience

· Experience in trade counter sales, customer service, or a storeperson role (preferred but not essential).

· Background in landscaping, civil construction, or related industries highly regarded.

· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong computer literacy (MS Office, email, order entry systems).

· Intermediate system navigation skills are required for effective use of order entry systems.

· Forklift licence and/or warehouse experience highly regarded.

· A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a small team.

· Salary range: $55,000 – $65,000 + superannuation (commensurate with experience).
