Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager located in Brendale, QLD. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for directly managing online sales and revenue, the marketing strategies to increase online revenue, and the small team of young and energetic individuals.

  • Full Online Sales Strategy & Management

eCommerce website management (Shopify)

  • Hiring & Staffing inc. Dvelopment Plans & Internal Processes

  • Strategic Brand Development

  • Facebook Ads, Google Ads, GA4, CRO/UX, Amazon, TikTok, Pinterest, Email Marketing (Klaviyo), SEO & more.

  • New Product Execution & Launch

  • Customer Service

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and trends
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination and managment of teams
  • Experience in Sales and E-Commerce
  • Marketing skills with a focus on digital platforms
  • Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Passion for or have worked in the fitness industry
