**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:Identify and cultivate relationships with industrial and agricultural customers to understand their pumping needs and offer tailored solutions.
- **Technical Expertise**:Provide technical support and guidance to customers, including assistance with pump selection, system design, and troubleshooting.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication, site visits, and product demonstrations.
- **Market Analysis**:Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- **Sales Strategy**:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base within the industrial and agricultural sectors.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with internal sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- **Reporting**:Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
- **Safety**:Strong commitment to adhere to Quality and WHSE policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Technically minded with Engineering or Trade qualifications an advantage.
- Proven track record of success in technical sales, preferably within the pump industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence customers at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites within the assigned territory.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
