We are looking for a
**Pre-Sales Customer Service Representative **to join our
**Sales and Customer Service Team** in
**Brendale **all
** **due to an internal promotion. You are there to ensure you lead the way in high-class service to all our customers and ensure we stand out from the rest You will be responsible for customer service, processing quotes, following up on quotes & sales opportunities, data entry, and ensuring pricing information is correct.

**Skills and Experience**
- Internal Sales or Customer Service Experience
- The ability to use influencing and negotiations skills
- Understand how to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with SAP and CRM systems
- Ability to handle inquiries and complaints
- A passion for exceeding customer experience
- Excellent in data entry, computer systems, and communication
- Bright and confident personality
- Understand the importance of attention to detail
- You are an expert in problem-solving and creating solutions
