About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Dynamic Couple to join the team at BIG4 Wye River Holiday Park in Wye River, VIC 3234. This Casual position offers a opportunity to live and work on the Great Ocean Road. Accommodation is provided.

JOBS AVAILABLE:  Multiple couples will be employed and Barista / Bar Attendant hours are alongside Housekeeping / Park Assistant / Reception / Front Of House roles.

  • HOUSEKEEPING / PARK ASSISTANT
  • BARISTA / BAR ATTENDANT
  • RECEPTION / FRONT OF HOUSE

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality/food & Beverage or customer service role
  • Previous housekeeping or reception preferred but will provide training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility and a passion for exceeding customer expectations
  • RSA certification
  • Barista or high level of experience

What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests at the holiday park
  • Supporting the wider hospitality team as needed
  • Contributing to the overall positive guest experience at the holiday park
  • Housekeeping / Cleaning of Park facilities
  • Reception - busy fast paced environment giving excellent customer service
