We are committed to providing a memorable experience for our guests, and we're looking for enthusiastic and hands-on Park Managers (single or couple) to join our team and lead the way in maintaining our high standards of service and park management.

Your Role

As a full-time Park Manager (single or couple), you will take the lead in managing all day-to-day operations at Barwon River Holiday Park. From overseeing accommodations and guest services to maintaining park facilities, your role will be vital in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the holiday park, ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to departure.
• Lead and motivate a team of staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive occupancy rates, increase revenue, and boost guest satisfaction through marketing, sales, and exceptional customer service initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and company regulations, creating a welcoming and safe environment for guests and staff.
• Manage the park's budget, including financial reporting, revenue forecasting, and cost control to meet profitability targets.
• Maintain and enhance the park's physical appearance, overseeing maintenance and landscaping to uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal.
• Build and foster positive relationships with local businesses, suppliers, and the broader community to support the park's success.

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience in hospitality or holiday park management (relevant qualifications are a plus).
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage your team effectively.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and sustainability initiatives in the accommodation sector.
• Proficiency in hospitality management systems, including reservation and property management software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when needed.
• Current National Police Check and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
