About the Role

You'll provide personalized care and community support to participants, helping them live with dignity and independence. Your tasks might include:

  • Chats over coffee and shared meals.
  • Assisting with household tasks.
  • Supporting appointments, shopping, and community outings.

You'll also have opportunities to work in various settings, such as individual support shifts, group activities, long-term housing, respite programs, day trips, and high-care personal support.

What You Need (and How We Can Help)

  • Legal right to work in Australia.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transport.
  • Working With Children Check.

  • Two professional references.
