About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, commercially minded sales leader to take on the role of Group Manager – Technology Recruitment. Reporting to the Group COO and forming part of the Executive Leadership Team, this role is responsible for driving the national performance of our Technology Recruitment practice.
This is not a behind-the-scenes role, it's a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in front of clients, leads from the front, and is passionate about building high-performing sales teams. You will play a critical role in executing business strategy, coaching exceptional talent, and expanding our footprint in the technology recruitment market.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead national sales performance, driving revenue growth, new business acquisition, and strategic account development.
- Build and coach a high-performing, customer-focused team of recruitment professionals across multiple locations.
- Set and execute clear, measurable sales strategies aligned with Davidson's growth objectives.
- Model outstanding leadership and create a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, commercial focus, and care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and C-suite stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative, values-led environment where people are empowered, supported, and motivated to excel.
- Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and digital transformation across sales and service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- A proven sales leader with a track record of delivering strong commercial outcomes in recruitment or professional services, ideally within the tech sector.
- An inspirational people leader who knows how to build trust, lead from the front, and unlock potential in others.
- Deep commercial acumen with experience in pipeline management, strategic account planning, and CRM tools.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, particularly with senior and executive decision-makers.
- A data-informed mindset and the ability to lead change, optimise processes, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- High levels of energy, resilience, and a growth mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Extensive and demonstrated experience within the Technology Recruitment or General Recruitment industry or technology sales, coupled with a thorough understanding of the needs of a national sales business.
- A strong understanding of the technology industry, including its evolving trends, client expectations, and talent landscape.
