As a Logistics Administrator you will play a key role in maintaining and updating the SAP database, managing job documentation and purchasing workflows, ensuring ISO compliance, entering payroll data, and providing general administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform SAP transactions including goods issuing, stock receipts, and purchase requisitions

• Maintain accurate and timely reporting across logistics and facility operations

• Support compliance and quality systems including ISO and NATA documentation

• Enter workforce labour hours into payroll systems and manage training records

• Assist with consumables ordering, liaising with Sales on PODs, and general admin tasks

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as 3C's, 5Y's, and 5S's, and support operational activities like stocktakes and despatch

• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in an administration role or similar

• Warehouse or Logistics industry experience is highly desirable

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

• Ability to use multiple systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate level)

• SAP experience is desirable

• Comfortable working in both office and operational environments, with occasional engagement on the shop floor or warehouse areas
