As a Logistics Administrator you will play a key role in maintaining and updating the SAP database, managing job documentation and purchasing workflows, ensuring ISO compliance, entering payroll data, and providing general administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
Perform SAP transactions including goods issuing, stock receipts, and purchase requisitions
Maintain accurate and timely reporting across logistics and facility operations
Support compliance and quality systems including ISO and NATA documentation
Enter workforce labour hours into payroll systems and manage training records
Assist with consumables ordering, liaising with Sales on PODs, and general admin tasks
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as 3C's, 5Y's, and 5S's, and support operational activities like stocktakes and despatch

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in an administration role or similar
Warehouse or Logistics industry experience is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Ability to use multiple systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate level)
SAP experience is desirable
Comfortable working in both office and operational environments, with occasional engagement on the shop floor or warehouse areas
