ANR Engineering Pty Ltd is an ISO-accredited civil construction company delivering projects across Sydney for local councils and private developers. We are seeking a
Junior Administrator
to join our dynamic team and support our operations, project, and estimating departments.

About the Role:

This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in civil construction administration. You will be responsible for assisting with daily project coordination, document control, and office administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across project and office functions
  • Assist with tender submissions, document formatting, and compliance registers
  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and project documentation in line with ISO standards
  • Support internal teams with procurement records, purchase orders, and delivery tracking
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and council representatives when required
  • Assist with onboarding, timesheets, and general office coordination tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2 years' experience
    in administration within the
    civil construction industry
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 and document management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication
  • Understanding of WHS, Quality, or Environmental documentation will be highly regarded
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
