Your Opportunity

We're looking for a
Senior Sales Development Representative
who is not only ready to perform at a high level but also capable of coaching and supporting junior SDRs as our team grows.

This is your chance to:

  • Help refine and scale our outbound processes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive Outbound Success:
    Lead by example—proactively source and qualify prospects through Connect Calls, email outreach, and social channels.
  • Coach Junior SDRs:
    Share best practices, roleplay calls, and help newer reps sharpen their skills.
  • Book Discovery Calls for the AE:
    Uncover pain points, create interest, and set up high-quality Discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Refine Processes:
    Work with the Head of Growth to improve scripts, cadences, and qualification frameworks.
  • Own Your CRM:
    Accurately track and manage pipeline in HubSpot—ensuring discipline and consistency across the team.
  • Collaborate to Win:
    Partner with the AE to ensure qualified leads convert into long-term clients.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience
    , including outbound calling (SaaS strongly preferred).
  • A proven track record of
    hitting and exceeding KPIs
    .
  • Solid SDR skills that will support you to
    mentor, train, and support junior reps
    .
  • Strong communication skills—confident, personable, and adaptable in tone.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • A
