Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Backed by some of the country's sharpest fintech investors, we're growing fast and looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us reach even more businesses.
The role
As an SDR at Archa, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your job is to help business owners and finance teams understand how Archa can simplify their financial operations and save them valuable time.
You'll work closely with our Growth and Customer Success teams to identify the right prospects, start meaningful conversations, and help build a strong sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to learn fast and grow into more senior roles as we scale.
What you'll do
- Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads through email, LinkedIn and phone outreach
- Research target accounts and tailor your approach to key decision-makers
- Manage the early stages of the sales process, from first contact through to booking meetings
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and improve lead generation
- Keep our CRM accurate and up to date
- Contribute ideas and energy to improve how we reach and engage new customers
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using digital tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Google Workspace
- A self-starter who is organised, curious and enjoys working towards clear goals
- A genuine interest in startups, technology and how fintech can help businesses grow
Bonus points if you've:
- Worked in a fast-paced or startup environment before
- Been involved in outbound prospecting or lead generation campaigns
