As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a key role in generating leads, scheduling meetings, and building strong connections with potential clients.

This role is designed to be the launching pad to your sales career, with opportunities to gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead Generation:
    Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and social media.
  • Scheduling Meetings:
    Secure appointments for senior sales representatives with qualified leads.
  • Relationship Building:
    Engage with prospects to understand their needs and communicate the value of our services.
  • Sales Collaboration:
    Work closely with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and meet team goals.
  • CRM Management:
    Accurately record and update prospect information in our CRM system.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in SaaS, Services, or other technology sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and sales engagement tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and sequencing tools.
  • Proven success in creating and managing outbound prospecting campaigns.
  • A customer-first mindset with enthusiasm for understanding business needs and solutions.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume outbound prospecting role.
  • Grit, drive, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • A passion for sales, with aspirations to grow into a closing role.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage prospects at all levels.
  • Comfort with cold calling and a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and tailor messaging effectively.
