We are seeking a proactive, efficient and customer centric Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Truganina

As the face of our Service department, you will be a trusted partner to a variety of customers within the Transport industry. Your day will involve scheduling service and repair work, providing customers with accurate quotes on jobs, providing timely updates to customers on their vehicles, ensuring all warranty tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, processing invoices for payment and ad hoc administration duties.

This is a permanent, full-time role where you will work closely with the wider operational team to ensure our customers receive a best-in class service and positive experience from our department.

About The Role:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via email, telephone, and in-person
  • Scheduling service and repair work, providing quotes on jobs and checking vehicles upon arrival
  • Working with internal departments and technicians to provide customers with updates on their vehicles and identifying/ resolving bottlenecks
  • Performing warranty administration duties and checks in accordance with procedures
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships by ensuring service expectations are met

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
  • Service driven ethic with the ability to enagage, understand and help our customers
  • Ability to effectively liaise with service technicians and internal departments to provide timely updates to customers
  • Strong technological skills, with the ability to navigate through multiple systems
  • Good organisational skills, particularly time management and prioritisation
